The pools were numerous and well-kept. There were many different slides. Dining provided a lot of choices. The rooms were large and clean.
I experienced some issues with food quality, it seemed repetitive. Some drinks were served in plastic cups, this was not ideal. The only beer available was often warm and flat.

There were multiple pools to choose from. I spent most of my time at the water park. the staff was always polite and helpful. i liked the ambience too. the hotel offered plenty of places to relax, even though it could be crowded at times.
the gym was a little small for the size of the resort. it was hard to get a treadmill during peak hours.

I was disappointed by the check-in process. It took three hours. The staff at the reception were also unfriendly. The hotel staff overall seemed unprofessional, and some were even impolite.
